Explanatory notes

Note 1: The prohibition applies for operations directed to listed persons and entities listed (Amended Grand Ducal Regulation of 14 December 2018 on the control of exports, Annex 1, point 1° under (2)).

Note 2: The provision of technical advice, assistance or military training to individuals, groups, undertakings and entities pursuant to the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 753/2011 is prohibited.
