The Trade and Companies Register (RCS), managed by the Luxembourg Business Registers, is an official index of all the natural and legal persons engaged in trade.
The objectives of the RCS are:
- to identify the persons whose registration or subscription is required by law, by drawing up a permanent official inventory;
- to make transactions more secure;
- to inform third parties.
