Authentication

One of the government's priorities is to provide businesses with a secure system to exchange information and documents with public authorities on the internet.

In order to carry out online procedures, businesses must have a 'business eSpace' on the 'Guichet', where procedures are saved in file format. It is therefore possible to track their status.

In order to ensure confidential transactions, the use of 'Guichet - entreprises' services is secured by an electronic certificate. Any person using the 'Guichet' on behalf of his business must have a LuxTrust PRO electronic certificate. By using LuxTrust authentication, each business can carry out its procedures in complete security.

It does not matter which product you choose (Smartcard, Signing Stick or Signing Server products).

With LuxTrust products (chip card, called a 'Smartcard', or USB stick, called a 'Signing Stick', etc.) you receive:

  • a signature certificate, enabling you to sign your business documents electronically with the guarantee that your legal electronic signature is legally recognised at national and international level,
  • an authentication certificate, enabling you to easily authenticate yourself on numerous online applications, with a maximum level of security.

The business eSpace

A business can only have one business eSpace.
This platform is not linked to a person but to a group of persons constituting the business.

The certificate administrator is responsible for creating the business eSpace and managing the persons connected to it. A person in the business must therefore be specifically nominated as the 'Certificate administrator' (Professional administrator) with LuxTrust.

The business eSpace has 3 different sections:

1. My information

This is a virtual 'safety deposit box' for data concerning the business. In order to avoid entering the same information for successive procedures, the 'Guichet' allows you to save information which you are likely to use on a regular basis and in different contexts.

This information is used to fill in online assistant text boxes or certain forms automatically.

In addition to data from your 'safety deposit box', official information from previous procedures can also be used for automatically to fill in forms, on the condition that information sharing between institutions has been regulated and conforms to the law on the protection of privacy.

Data that has been filled in automatically can be modified or deleted, in order to ensure declarative information is submitted to the institutions.

At the end of each procedure carried out using an online assistant, you have the possibility to save the lastest version of the information in your business eSpace automatically.

2. My team

This platform enables the certificate administrators in the business to manage your team members' rights.

3. My files

From the 'My files' section, you can manage your draft files and files already transmitted to institutions.

For sent files, you can view, save on your computer or print the signed PDF form(s) at any time.

You can also check the electronic messages the institution sends you, as well as any change to the status of your files.
