Data protection

The personal information collected on this form are processed by the administration concerned in order to respond to your claim and carry out the related investigations.

The legal basis for the data processing carried out on the basis of your complaint is Article 5 (2) of the amended law of 18 July 2018 on the General Police Inspectorate (hereinafter 'IGP'). In case of a complaint due to facts of likely criminal acts, the legal basis for processing your data is Article 8 of this same law.

The information is kept for as long as required in order to achieve the purpose of the personal data processing. In principle, complaints filed anonymously are not taken into account.

You can also lodge a complaint at the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) having its office at 15, boulevard du Jazz L-4370 Belvaux.
