SOLVIT Luxembourg
SOLVIT Luxembourg is part of an informal cooperative network established in the Member States of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) (Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) to help solve problems that may arise due to the improper application of Community legislation.
Luxembourg citizens may appeal to this organisation when they encounter difficulties of a cross-border nature with one or more administrations in another EU or EEA member state (matters of social security, taxation, employment law, residence permits, etc.).
The aim of SOLVIT Luxembourg is to amicably resolve conflicts between Luxembourg citizens and foreign administrations.
