Joint Social Security Centre

The responsibilities of the Joint Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la sécurité sociale - CCSS) include the registration of insured persons, establishing, collecting and recovering contributions, as well as recording and distributing these contributions amongst different institutions. The CCSS is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and Social Security (ministère de la Santé et de la Sécurité sociale) and manages the computerisation, the collection and processing of data on behalf of the different institutions (Social Security, National Solidarity Fund, National Employment Agency, etc.).
